{"product_id":"carlas-fam-friends-paint-party-copy","title":"Teacher\/Senior Jean Paint party!!","description":"\u003cp\u003eCome to PTB and paint your Senior Class jeans (or teacher jeans, or any jeans!)\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWho:  YOU!  And all your friends!\u003cbr\u003eWhat:  Painting - chatting - sipping - snacking!  \u003cbr\u003eWhen: Thursday July 24th\u003cbr\u003eTime:  4pm - 8pm (-ish!  Timing is dependent on how much painting you will do to your jeans! \u003cbr\u003eWhere:  Painted Tin Bin DIY Workshop HQ (1275 Wabash Ave - The Red School Mall, downstairs)\u003cbr\u003eCost:  $25 (you can't get all the supplies for that cheap!)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncluded in the cost:  Materials to paint jeans (prepared acrylic paints for fabric, stencils, brushes) music to keep the party going and adult supervision.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePre-registration is required.  Also, here are some guidelines that MUST be followed prior to coming to paint your jeans:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eJeans must be clean - washed and fully dried so that there will be no further shrinking of the fabric.  \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHaving the jeans be as smooth as possible (without wrinkles as much as possible) is best for the painting process.  \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eJeans should NOT be the stretchy kind.  True cotton jeans work best.  This is why you see a lot of wide leg Sr\/Teacher jeans - if the fabric stretches the paint cracks)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWear clothing that can get paint on it - this is not a fashion runway event.  Wear old shorts\/leggings\/tanks\/tshirts because painting can be exciting and it can start flying!! \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou may bring snacks and beverages to enjoy while you paint.  Nearby are Sonic, Hummus Republic, and Antonio's pizza (yes you can have pizza delivered!)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou will leave your jeans here in the workshop space overnight to dry without ruining the beautiful creativity you have done. At the end of the evening, I will hang your jeans in our cool, dry workshop space and work with you on a pickup time!
